Lampshade with printing issue

The top layers came our bad, does it need support? I tried activating it but it seems it doesn't need it 3d model

Hi. I just downloaded the zip file for this model, but I only see stl files, and no step files as mentioned in the comment above. Will I have issues with the STL files if using the settings you recommend in the PDF?

Hi! The STL files have been edited to have the highest quality. You won't have any problem. Keep me updated.

Hi there! I am sorry to see this. First thing first I highly suggest you to print the step files instead of the stl's. Try to set ''seam position'' on the back of the print, also the lampshade does not need support. Please feel free to bother me via email at stvdio.elle@gmail.com

Hey guys, I love this design and I tried my first printing, however there are so many blemishes. I printed it with the settings you recommended but something went wrong. Can you advise me what specific settings or material I need for a perfect printing?
