A great model, could be a fantastic one if you 1) Changed the square interior to cylindrical (to match the LED light) 2) Provide a way to change the filament on the top (to avoid spray painting) to the square doesn't show up at the top..
Kind of fun.

The lamp turned out well despite the opportunities I gave it to fail.

I used Gemini to convert the setting fieldnames to the PrusaSlicer equivalents. The print took 64 hours on an MK3S+ at 02.mm. My magnets are from Dexcom G7 applicators. They're undersized, but still work.

It looks great except I wasn't expecting the lit square at the top. I'm not sure how to improve it. Make it thicker? Recess the squarea few cm? Recess the square 1cm and create a thin flat shade matching the base?

Hi Gerard, I would suggest you to cover it up from the inside with some black masking tape. In the meanwhile I will try to see if I can come up with a better, aesthetically pleasing and 3D printable solution.

what filament did you use? I printed the lampshade in esun pla+ and its almost making the light purple

Hi, that's strange. I have used Matte White PLA from eSUN.

I put the parameters from the read me in but is there any chance you could send me screenshots of all the settings used in bambu studio? I feel like the thickness on mine is to much

I have used standard setting for 0.2mm layer height. If in doubt reach out to me via email.
