12864 Display stand holder

a standalone stand for 12864 display used by Ender 3 and other 3d printers. This stand can hold the 12864 display purchased from other vendors. With low quality setting, you can print this stand for about 3 hours. Requires at least 2x M2 15 mm bolts and nuts to hold the display onto the stand.
