Designed a Ludlum 44-9 probe cover to protect the Geiger tube since I take my Geiger out antiquing in search of uranium glass and radium clocks and such often enough, but while traveling I'm afraid I might accidentally damage the delicate and expensive probe. with this cover you can store it on top of the probe when in use as to not interfere with alpha beta radiation readings it also adds a bit of a decorative touch although a tad cheesy if you opt for the trefoil logo.
The STL for the model with the trefoil radiation logo is for dual color only otherwise it'll slice funny, because of this I've added a blank one for single color if you can't do dual color and/or don't want the symbol. it's got a bit of slop to hopefully account for tolerance differences between probes or vary slight misaligned top plates like mine because of this it's a tad loose on mine when covering the tube face but is tight when on top but either way the 4 tabs keep it secure so far. If these wear out and become an issue I may make another version I'm thinking with rubber bands to secure the cover. also tried to make the mouth were the wand sticks out wide enough to account for different size welds that hold the wand and tube housing together so hopefully it aint too small if your probe has sloppy welds.
