Build

Build - Absolutely Great model.. used for a curling bonspiel. A few suggestions to make the hat easier to 3d print. 1) if you cut the hat brim 2 vertically right at the face of the 2 protrusions that connect to the beard, you don’t need to support them, and they’ll stay more accurate. (I missed the support and had to reprint, but minor.). 2) Put a line (0.05 width, 0.3 depth down the back of the hat and no one has to worry about seam in the front as slicer will follow that (I did read that in your instructions.. and promptly forgot about it in the slicer.. :). )( 3) That thin little wedge on top where the buckle goes.. I’d eliminate that as it makes it more difficult to support the overhang above it. You could cut higher and I don’t ;think it would be noticeable.. so the buckle only surrounds the black band. - 3d model
