Hextraction Sozu Tile

Hextraction Sozu Tile - SOZU 2.0 Wanted to take this awesome design, tweak it for consistent double ball drops. Use double stacked bearings and I put a 7.1mm void all the way through the center, making them slightly snug on the bearings and a 4mm void in the corner above the counterweight ball, this gives a little more dwell time and over travel for awesome reliability. Strips of business cards gives good clearance and you can always back out or remove the flipper easily! Rock on Zack ! - 3d model

Hextraction Sozu Tile

Hextraction Sozu Tile - I put an M3 washer above the bearing and created a 6mm cyl void in the rotating tops for hex screw clearance, used strips of business card from the port sides as spacers, pressed the centers down and , pulled the spacers and works like a charm! I did increase the center part to 101% as the bearing was way too tight with my MK4, but those Amazon Chicom bearings may not be all the exact same size. Cheers! - 3d model
