My name is Javier Serra and thanks to my passion for design and 3D printing I created my own studio: creaserra

I am currently an industrial design and mechanical engineering student based in Madrid.

My goal is to create functional models that benefit from the advantages offered by FDM technology, to share them with you, as well as to learn about this new manufacturing method and develop my skills as a designer, always taking into account the environment. Laminaria has two scalable parts, allowing adjustments according to user demands, even facilitating storage for other accessories. PLA mate green was used for the 3D printing phase along with Cura. Print parameters include 20% Infill, no support or adhesion, layer height of 0.2mm, topped with 4 layers, bottomed with 4 layers, and a wall line count of 3. The nozzle utilized has a size of 0.4mm, temperature set at 200ºC accompanied by the feature of retraction for effective printing.
