screw holes above unthreaded, so they can interlock with the threaded holes on the bottom of another box, the screws hold together well AND serve as a stop for the container not to be inadvertently pulled too far out. Was originally planned as an implement in my thread boards but the size brings too much sheer weight and may destroy the screws, so I relegate these to storage as standalone items or PC monitor risers.
