When the Guanghan were still new to the world, they were fruitful and multiplied quickly. Needing much food and resources for their rapidly growing cities, they expanded their farmlands into the wild forests of the mountains, clear-cutting the ancient trees and polluting the rivers and lakes. The spirits of the land became angry and resentful, but even this did not deter the Guanghans’ progress. The nature spirits called upon The Five Elemental Dragons, asking them to intercede on their behalf. The wise old dragons conceded, and went to negotiate with the Guanghan. However, the rabbits treated them with scorn and arrogance, refusing to compromise with the spirits of the land and attacking the dragons with arrows and spears. Immensely angered, the dragons unleashed their powers against them. The Dragon of Winds blew down their structures and cast them into the sky like so much debris, while the Dragon of Water sent swift floods washed away their fields in rivers of mud, carrying them down the mountains in a torrent. The Dragon of Fire burned their stores of grain to cinders; the Dragon of Earth cracked the ground open to swallow their cities whole, and the Dragon of Metal caused their gold and silver to turn to ashes, leaving them bereft.

Tormented, the Guanghan begged the dragons to cease, and agreed to listen to their words. The dragons decreed that as the Guanghan would respect nature, so would nature respect them, and that the fate of the land and theirs would be intertwined from now on. To this day Guanghan are mindful to be stewards of the land, and pay homage to The Five Elemental Dragons with offerings and rituals that they might be appeased and spare them.

This mini is sculpted for 32mm Heroic scale (pre-supported). Gargantuan size. Comes with:
