Dust Cap for NeilMed Sinugator.stl

This cap was designed to protect the nozzle from dust and other airborne material between uses, while not itself touching the nozzle. Additionally, when separating the Sinugator body from its reservoir for cleaning or refilling, this cap can be used as a base to hold the body upside down. This leaves you hands-free to pour and mix the solution, without having to set it down and risk the nozzle or reservoir hose touching something too dirty for a sinus rinse application, which is honestly most objects and surfaces including 'clean' ones.

The outer wall of the cap friction fits around the shoulders of the Sinugator at the base of the nozzle neck, and the shorter inner wall sits directly on top of the shoulders. From above, the cap is slightly oval in shape, as is the body shoulder of the Sinugator.

Printed using a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, no buildplate adhesion, default or gyroid infill, Creality K1 using Creality PLA+ Hyper or Elegoo PLA+ Rapid (both tested).
