Spiral Stacked Lamp

A decorative table lamp. All parts were printed on a P1S and X1C 3d printer. The Top Panel, Panels, and Panel Guides were printed with 0% infill a .2mm layer height and 2 walls. 7 top layers were used when printing each Panel part. Brims were used when printing the Panel Guide parts. The Lamp Base and Led Strip Mount were printed with 5% infill a .2mm layer height and 2 walls.

You will need to print 1 x Lamp Base, 1 x Top Panel, 1 x Led Strip Mount, 2 x Panel Guides, and 23 x Panel parts. You will also need 1 x 6ft led light strip, 1 x small zip tie, and some glue for assembly.

First, fasten the usb end of the led strip to the bottom of the Led Strip Mount. Wrap the led strip around the strip mount, cut off any excess light strip, then glue the end of the light strip to the strip mount. You should be able to insert the top of the assembled led mount from the bottom of the Lamp Base then twist to interlock them.

Next, you will need to glue and insert the two Panel Guides into the top of the Lamp Base.

Next, you will need to slide each Panel part down the Panel Guides.

Once the 23 Panel parts are in place, glue the Top Panel part to the top of the Panel Guides.
