I wanted to make a cyclone dust separator for my shop vac on a bucket I didn't like most of the solutions I found online but after looking at alot of the DIY ones both here and everywhere else

I decided to make some simple flanges to connect to the bucket lid and adapt to sch40 pvc or abs pipe

I choose to use pip fitting inside the bucket because I had them so why print parts when I have smoother more effective parts already

but its very simple I made separate flanges at first but I could not fit them on the bucket lid so I combined them in one

I have added all 3 files here so you can use them on any size bucket you want

the larger one is fits a standard shop vac hose the larger end that typically goes into the vacuum and the smaller end fits the opposite end of the shop vac hose

this way I was able to use standard hoses I had already and the would be able to directly connect to my Vacuum with out the cyclone if need be
