RapidBurner v0.2 v8 Eibos Artemis Mount

This is a new extruder mount for the RapidBurner toolhead, allowing an Eibos Artemis extruder to mount to it. It still uses 4 M3 heatset inserts, you can use long or short versions. This supports using the Artemis with the included rubber pad.

This is tested and working on my Voron V0.2rc1!
