Toothpaste cap. Sized to fit most Crest or Colgate toothpaste threads. Can likely be scaled to fit others as well.

If you need numbers, the thread is about 13 TPI, an outer diameter between 1/2" and 9/16", and 1/16" thread height. Couldn't find any definitive documentation on it so this is based on what I could measure.
