A handheld tray for transporting Gridfinity holders from location to location. I use mine for moving my nuts and bolts from my garage to my office and back again.
- Printable on Prusa sized bed (the 5x5 model)
- Printable on smaller Ender3 bed (the 4x5 model)
- The trays are stackable
- Takes up no more than a 6x5 square
- Fusion360 file included
Gridfinity Transport Tray

Hey @atucom, I love this design and am currently using the idea for a design I am currently working on for an #Gridfinity Arduino Lab/ Work Station (GA Lab).
I have hit a bit of a buffer, I have an Ender 5 Pro with a build plate 0f 220x220x300 and my GA Lab is based around Zack Freedman's 5x5 base.
This means when I import your Transport Tray design the handle makes it too large for the print bed.
I have drawn up a version of the handle but I am in the early stages of learning 3D design and despite my best efforts just seem to **** it up.
Therefore I respectfully ask if there is any chance you could knock out a Fusion 360 file for just the handle so that I can adjust the unit length (x5), with perhaps studs on the handle and holes in the tray so that after printing they can be lined up accurately and be glued to the tray.
Happy Printing

Hi there, great design! Would you mind making it with a flat bottom and the holes on the top side? I'd much rather use this as a permanent baseplate instead of the standard ones, but I'd need the magnet holes for that :)
These are amazing, thanks. Would be even better with magnet holes for maximum transport stability
Agreed. If op doesn't end up making one with magnets, I may try my hand at designing one myself.
Could you make this 1 row shorter so it fits on a smaller form-factor printer like a ender3?
Done, added the 4x5 model.
