There are two options for printing the padel: as a whole on a large printer or in parts on a small printer. If printed in halves, the bottom layer and rectilinear infill can be applied to create a hollow space. This space can then be filled with foam for a better feel. The two halves can be joined using epoxy and fiberglass. If printing the padel as a whole, it is recommended to add a dampener to the faces, such as a thin layer of epoxy, foam board, or other material. These are just suggestions; you can print the padel however you like.
