It is better to use non-glossy plastic. You can also lower the temperature for a matte finish. After the first layer, you can lower the flow_rate to even out and eliminate all overextrusions.

First layer height 0.20mm then 0.08mm for all other.

Filament color: 0 - black 8 - violet 11 - blue 14 - red 17 - blue (turquoise) 20 - green 23 - lime 27 - white-phosphorescent
