This is a Car Fan Funnel. Both bigger parts can be connected with a hose or pipe. This was used to cool down a childs seat in the car when driving in summer at hot temperatures. So the child seat gets cooled. 

The funnel end has to be mounted to the air ventilation of your car. Therefore the clamp2 (or clamp1) has to be assembled to the funnel with M3 (or M4) screws (see pictures).
The other end with the ventilation output can be placed (for example) into the back of the child seat. Other use cases are possible :). For example into a cooling bag or something.

The "clamp1" is an alternative to "clamp2" if this would fit better into the air ventilation output of your car. 

If any changes are necessary download the scad file and change what ever you need.

Print can be made in PLA, as the parts do not have any stress. I printed mine in PETG anyway.

Note: printing takes about 12 hours on Prusa Mini. It is very easy to design your own Yoyo with a custom graphic on it!! Just checkout the repository.

 

## Printing
- print ThemeBase on flat surface (graphic up)
- do color change at the graphic to separate it from background
- enable ironing on top layers the get a nice finish
- print resolution 0.1mm
- use PETG for stronger parts (of course PLA is also possible)

### Parts
- printed YoYo Parts (2x yoyoBase_xmm.stl, 2x YoyoThemeX.stl)
- one M3x20 screw with M3 nut for Axis
- 8 M3x6 screws (cylinder head screw)
- 2 O-Rings 15x2.5mm
- R188KK Bearing
- Cord (there are ready Yoyo Cords, relatively cheap)

### Assembling
- place the bearing onto the center of the yoyo base
- place the o-ring in both yoyo bases
- put both yoyo bases together (may be necessary to press them carefully together)
 - they should be holded together by the bearing
- screw both yoyo bases together with the M3x20 screw (do not overthight the axis)
- screw the theme parts on top of each base carefully (do not overthight them)
 - tip: measure the weigth of the theme parts and balance them out with small parts of filament
   which you can place into the furrow/gouge which are extra made for weigth balancing
- maybe the yoyo needs to be weared in some minutes

I saw "DSLR Camera Ornament" by JayPierstorff (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5156802) and thought this would be a very nice toy. So I modified the parts and added a CR2025 battery holder from shusy (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2716916) to the bottom part. 

I also made the setup knobs on top movable, so they can be turned. I cutted a view finder in to the top and also added a knob (which is press-able if you put in a little switch into). There is also a cut-out at the top part to hold a "printed prism" which I printed with transparent filament. This represents the flash of a camera and the prism also is able to hold a 5mm LED (white). When pressing the knob,  the prism lights up :).

To the bottom I added some blocks to hold the bottom part to the body. These blocks also have holes for screws. I user 3x6 Cylinder Head Screws. They fit directly into the wall of the body part. Best part of the bottom part is the CR2025 battery holder which I have integrated into bottom part. 

The body part has a cut-out for the screws and also for the prism to give it a better hold. 
Then I mad a separate part of the lens-glas which just fits into the lens. This allows more detail. 

Material:
- printed parts
- 2x (or 4x) 3x6 cylinder head screws (or bit longer if you have some screws already)
- GLUE, GLUE, GLUE

Instruction:
- print parts
   - make a filament colour change at the lens. this gives a nice detail
   - the prism is printable without supports (just rotate it to one side)
- the top part has some slots at the knob. these slots are for the legs of the switch.
   - see the picture of the switch 
- check if prism, body and top part fit nicely together, then glue the prism to the body and the the top part to the body
   - glue the bottom of the switch to the top part (where the knob hole is)
   - if you want flash light you need to solder to wires to the switch. if not you can use the bottom part without battery holder
   - glue the press-knob part on to of the switch carefully. don't use to much glue.
- glue body and top part together 
- if you want flash light, take some litz wire (or some thin wire) and floss it through the little holes of the battery holder (look at the pictures as example)
   - solder the led with some resistor (I used 3V CR2025 with a resistor of about 5-10 Ohms for current limiting) check if light is still bright enough 
   - solder the led first to wires and resistors, then put it into the prism with some glue.
   - check if everything is working
- put in the bottom part to the body and be careful with the wires
- screw in the 3x6 cylinder head screws.
- put some glue on the centre of the lens (just onto the middle) and place it to the body part
- lens-glas should have a good snap-fit, but if not use glue ;)
- play with camera :)

You can use the included SCAD file if you need to modify something. It includes the stl of the original figures, so you have to download the original files (camera and battery holder)!!

This is one of my keyboard designs I made with my keebcu keyboard customizer. It is a 75+% Q1 Layout mechanical keyboard which can be printed on smaller printers such as Prusa Mini. 75Q1iso means 75% size with Keychron Q1 style keyboard with ISO layout.
This model additionally has a top frame to hide the switches. This gives a nice clean look.

If you want to build the complete keyboard at once, I added the complete models also.

This is my Endoscope Camera Mount for my Prusa Mini. 
Several endoscope sizes are available. From M5 - M10. 

I used a 7mm USB Endoscope camera which I mounted to my holder.
The Camera can be locked in with a 3mm screw. Don't use a long screw as this may scratch you build plate. Just check that everything fits when assembled.

Assembling:
- Unscrew the front screw of the Pinda Mount (just this one screw), then place the camera holder onto the heatbreak fan and tight everything. 
- Insert the endoscope camera before and lock it in with the M3 screw. I used a screw without head and with a hex insert in it. 
- The camera holder snaps into place a little bit. The screw may be a little hard to insert back, but it should go. 
- Adjust the camera when mounted. Also adjust the distance to the nozzle. Some cheap cameras like mine has a better focus when the camera is away from nozzle.
- Check movement in all axis (nothing crashes??).
- Do a Fist Layer Calibration

This is a SCAD Model for a Bus Pirate v4 (and v3.6). I added buttons and lightguides for v4. The lid has a lettering "BUSPIRATE4" . Lightguides should be printed with transparent filament.

This is for PocketBook InkPad Color or 3 with 7.8" Display.

I like reading comic books, but landscape mode on the PocketBook InkPad 3 or Color was uncomfortable with the origami case. So I made me a new profile for the reader and a hand handle to make in more comfortable.

Just print both parts and slide the profile into the handle. The slide in the PocketBook InkPad.
Parts can be printed in PLA.

PcoketBook InkPad 3 / Color - Landscape Holder

This is a fan shroud for MPSM v2 which holds 2x 40mm noctua fans and provides separate hodend and part cooling. No further disassambling of your MPSM is needed. Just remove the old fan shroud and relpace it with this one.

I also added a nozzle cam which can hold a 8mm (diameter) usb endoscope camera.

If you don't want the camera, there is also a version without camera holder.

__NOTE:__ After mounting it to the printer it is necessary to relevel the bed!!!
I tested it with the benchy and the overhangs at the front are better with it. I noticed that it depends also of the environment temperature. In a chamber it may be to hot for cooling so I placed a bigger fan into the chamber which blows the hot air out.
If you will use the camera, print the fan shroud with a dark color, as it does not reflect the led light of the camera that much.

__Additional parts needed:__
- M3x6 screws -> 2x (for the sides)
- M3x16 screws -> 4x minimum (for fans)
- Noctua 40mm 12V fans with 10mm heigth
- USB Endoscope with __FLEXIBLE__ cables
- small M3 screw to fix the endoscope in the tube (I used one without head and with hex insert)

These parts are printable on MPSM. No Supports!
(I printed the prototypes on MPSM, but as I used PETG I used my other printer.)

MPSMv2 Dual 40mm fan shroud + nozzle cam

This is a mounting system for a antenna. I use it to get the antenna of my tinyGS System to the outside.
I have mounted it onto the air vent of my kitchen. 
The air-vent has a size of 154mm x 154mm x 8-10mm
The frame fits directly onto it and can be locked in with screws.

There are 2 Versions:
- with heat set inserts for M3 screws (heat set dia about 4.2mm)
- without heat set inserts directly for 3mm screws (Hole size is about 3.2mm in dia)

The extension can be moved around on top of the frame. This helped me moving the antenna more to the side.

Antenna Holder System

This is a balance board for standing desks. This helps to keep moving a little bit while standing and working.

The only thing needed are 3 or 5 cups. If you want to balance completely free, the 2 outer cups can be removed. For the center cups I've taken tennis balls, which are stable. The outer cups should be soft (I used softballs) to stabilize the board but still allow swinging.

BOM:
  - M4x20 screws
  - M4 washers
  - board (nice size is 50x30)
  - screw inserts (use whatever you like to assemble the cups)
  - printed cups
  - 3 tennis balls (depending how much cups are used on center line)
  - 2 softballs

I made a wrist rest for my mechanical keyboard at work. I didn't want to buy a new wooden one for 20€ or more. I printed mine in PLA with two colors.
The openscad file is also available. So you can change the form, lenth and depth as you like.

I provided stl files for 360mm (TKL) and 310mm (should be 75% Keyboards) length. Depth is about 80mm, height is about 16mm (will be more when glueing bumpers to the bottom.)

Wrist Rest

This is a box for my ES120 electrical screwdriver, a normal screwdriver and many 4mm hex bits. It also contains 2 chambers to store some loose screws and other things in it. There are also 2 small lids which fits onto the chambers. When placing them into the Lid Part of the Box you get 4 chambers.

For closing the box I designed some simple locks. There are cutouts for magnets but I still did not test them with magnets.

Made a device rack (builder) to stack my router and cable modem to save some space on my sideboard.

This "default" configuration can hold devices with one 40mm high one 30mm high (including tolerance > 43mm & 32mm). Maximum device width of the "default" configuration is 220mm + 5mm tolerance. But you can easily change the connector sticks to get the right size in your Slicer or OpenSCAD.
Default depth of an rack element is 30mm. With the short connector sticks you get depth of about 30mm + 30mm + 50mm (connector stick) > 110mm.

All parts can be printed separately or you can use the "all-parts-printable" file to print all at once on a 180mm x 180mm bed.

This helps when installing the gentry on an voron v2.4 with 2020 extrusions. These hooks can be placed into the extrusions of the gantry and the gantry can be lifted up and hooked to the frame extrusions very easy!

Note new version released. It uses a M3x8 screw and a M3 nut to keep parts together and enable a better removal after gantry installation.

This is a fan funnel for a Noctua 80mm fan which I place in my ikea sideboard which I'm using as cabinet for my Monoprice Select Mini V2.
Additionally only a hole is needed inside your cabinet with the proper diameter.

This fan funnel can be printed on its head. The output tube will be printed on a bridge of the upper case wall (bottom) when using "noSupport" version as described in this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upqTE8EPZIQ . So in this version the hole is covered by 0.2mm layer. The bridged layer can than be removed with a deburrer.

The version "needed" support is generated as it will be used.

My niece is a little bit afraid of bigger cameras. So I made a little bear to put on the lens. I hope this will take her mind off the camera. The hole diameter of this bear is 68mm. The SEL55F18 which I'm using for portraits has a diameter of 64mm. I used some foam between lens and bear to avoid scratching my lens with the plastic.

For colours I used simple break commands (filament changes). It is designed to enable multiple colours separated by layer height.

Complete model size is about 166mm x 154mm x 13mm. Printed on Original Prusa Mini

A small tool holder for one screw of the Monoprice Select Mini. This holder can hold an allen key of about 5cm and a plier or anything else. The picture shows the 1st version which was to short. So the allen key bumped onto the pin. I fixed this in the design but I do not print it, since it is ok for me.
