I do a lot of DIY plumbing work on my Intex PureSpa, and it's far too wasteful to empty 250 gallons of water each time. These caps thread on to the two internal filter ports and the filter loop return port so that the tub doesn't gush water when you unscrew the OEM plumbing on the outside.

You definitely need at least 3, but you might want two more to cap off the outside for even less leaking. 

The thread is 1.75"-12 scaled 104.5% in X/Y, and 93.8% in Z (**this is already done in the uploaded model**). It must be at least 20mm deep so that the TOP surface bottoms out on the hot tub wall, rather than the interior surface like a normal cap.

If you have an Intex PureSpa portable hot tub and need to cap off the blower inlet, this is for you. 

The blower inlet has a check valve internally, but mine started leaking and I don't have the OEM filter assembly installed anymore.

The thread is 2.375"-12, scaled 98.5% X/Y and 118.3% Z for a good fit and matching thread pitch. **I've uploaded a pre-scaled version so this is already done.**

I also hand-cut a 58mm circle of 1/16" silicone gasket I bought in sheet form on Amazon, as the cap doesn't seal well enough without it. The second model included is a ring you can put on top of the sheet then step on to press a cut line you can then follow with scissors. 

I printed mine in black ASA for outdoor longevity and chlorine tolerance, but you do you.

Update 3/11/24: I uploaded a new version of the cap. It's got slightly thicker walls, as my original started splitting along the layer lines where the walls are under tension holding the seal.

I recommend you slice this with extra perimeters, maybe 4 or 6, for good thickness in the load bearing sections.

I've got a handful of headlamps that work great, but the elastic has worn out on the headband. New bands are generally north of $10, which is on par with a (cheap) new whole headlamp! Such inefficiency!

Instead, buy a roll of 1" elastic for about $10, then print as many of these hooks as you need, two per strap.

Cut a ~24 inch section of band (mine at 28 was longer than needed).

Fill the cups in the side of each clip with a bit of superglue, and slightly dampen the ends of the elastic before inserting them fully into the cups. 

Give the glue a minute to set, and you've got a new headband!

Headband Adjuster

I bought a used Leap V2 with the 4-way armrests, but on one side, the plastic cover that hides the mechanism (and has chair adjustment instructions on it) had been ripped off. This part should fit all steelcase 4-way armrests if I had to guess.

Super-simple bracket to hold the female end of a USB extension in a slightly more convenient, forward-facing spot on the vertical 3030 extrusion. 

Bracket attaches to 3030 with a (pretty tight, PLA will probably creep but we'll see) press-fit. Clamps around USB extension with a small zip tie.
