This was made to replace the rubber portion of the key for a 2011 Ford Focus, it probably will fit other models of vehicle with the same key. It has a small pocket for the key chip to sit in. Be careful when disassembling your key it has a small microchip buried in the plastic. It is a snug fit so the key doesn't jiggle around. I used my bench vice and a plastic bag as a soft jaw to pop the two halves together.
