You all know the OEM case sucks! It's brittle and provides little to no protection for the thermal imaging lens. This design is thick enough to prevent lenses from coming in contact with surfaces when you set it down. If that doesn't concern you, you can trim some of the back off to save filament.

It was designed entirely in Tinker Cad and can easily be customized. I designed with zero tolerance for fit which you can adjust if needed. I would print as is and just do a little filing around the lenses opening instead of adjusting the size. Otherwise just expand the length and width by your machine's print tolerance and it should still give a nice fit.

I have provided a plain back version and another with a US flag with the letters USA added.

.4mm nozzle .42mm line width 3 walls The corner walls are designed to print solid with these settings and should still be ok if you have to expand the model a bit.
