I made a replacement door latch for my caravan. The original part on the door wasn't a real good fit (angle issue) so I designed some at a 5°, 10° and 15° angle. Depends on how far the fixed part is away from the hinge. Mine fits well now at 15°
The cilinder of the door part fits quite tight in the latch. So it is up to you (and depends a bit on your printer tolerances) to adjust this a bit using a file or sandpaper.
I printed this in ASA (UV-proof) with a 0,6mm nozzle, 20% infill and 3 perimeter shells. I also used 2 processes in S3D : lower part with a 0,4mm layer height, upper part (latch and cylinder) with a 0,2mm layerheight.
