This model is a custom fletcher adapter for thin‑diameter arrows, created by capturing the geometry in a #D scanner, cleaning it through Meshy FreeCAD, and then redesigning the shape for precise alignment and repeatable fletching.

Key Features Designed specifically for .600–.622 spine thin‑diameter shafts

Perfectly aligned, self‑registering fit — no glue, no tape, no shims

Snaps into place with a solid, slug‑style engagement

Removes cleanly so you can switch back to fletching thicker arrows without re‑adjusting your jig

Clean, uniform geometry derived from a Meshy‑processed base model

Strong, simple shape that resists deformation during clamping.

Printability Originally printed in resin, which gives extremely crisp edges and a flawless fit. However, the geometry is also very printable on FDM with a 0.2 mm nozzle — the walls are thick, the angles are friendly, and the part requires no supports (FDM).

Recommended Print Settings Resin:

Standard resin

0.02–0.05 mm layers

No supports needed if printed flat

FDM (0.2 mm nozzle):

PLA or PETG

0.2 mm layer height

30–50% infill

No supports required

Print flat on the largest face for maximum stability
