- Drawer Profile Tolerance: 0.30 mm offset on the perimeter (guarantees buttery-smooth sliding action, factoring in standard FDM expansion).
- Rear Stopper Clearance: 0.20 mm depth tolerance relative to the internal retention block for a flush front finish.

- Material: PLA for the cases and drawers (optimal dimensional stability). PETG is an excellent alternative for the joining clips if you want a flexible, snap-like feel.
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm recommended for optimal tracking tolerances.
- Infill: 10% - 15% (Gyroid or Grid).
- Supports: 95% Support-Free! The universal case, internal bridges, and sliding joint slots print completely support-free. You only need to enable supports for the drawer file to handle the small underside overhang of the front hexagonal knob.
