Blank Challenge Coin Assembly Ver.

This blank file can be used to design your own coin for any occasion. A competition? Baby shower? Group road trip? Custom tokens for board game night? There's a coin for that!

You can add raised text using the included "Text Ring" STEP file on most CAD programs. Once you are ready, export your custom text rim as an STL into your slicer of choice.

Add a STL of your favorite logo over the blank core or make your own custom vector art. Customize to your heart's content!

You can load both the rim and core together into your slicer. Or you can print them separately for more color options.

The bottom of the main body needs supports for FDM, unless you are very confident in your printer's bridging.

If the printer is calibrated properly, the parts will snap together with the tight tolerance. If the parts fit too tight, lightly sanding the edges can help.

Rim and core just need a very small dab of super glue or adhesive of choice. The adhesive is mostly so the parts don't shift around afterwards. Always use PPE when handling harsh chemicals or strong adhesives.
