6" Rotary Table for Milling Machine

This is a 3d printed rotary fixture table. I built it for a you tube video, link below, and also to use on my milling machine. Much to my surprise it worked fairly well, handled aluminum no problem and steel with the right feeds and speeds.

That said you probably shouldn't build this yourself. The parts are fairly expensive at about 150-200 dollars and requires you to machine a handful of custom components to make it work.

If you are crazy enough to build one all of the required part numbers are included in the fusion 360 file. Note the thrust bearings i used are not from skf but rather vevor. The bearing part number is the same though.

The part is designed to be printed in resin but could be modified for FDM. The main change will be all the threaded holes are currently designed for 1/4-20 helicoils. If you intend to print in FDM you will have to switch/change this for heat press inserts.

The model is parametric but is cumbersome and every parameter has not been fully tested.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out or even better leave me a comment on my u tube video (:

Do you have a hardware list for the thrust bearings etc?
