Thing ico Digitrax Throttle Holder (DT600, DT500, UT4)

Based on jtpeyton Digitrax Throttle Dimensions. I needed to change the bottom to allow access to the Loconet Cable port (cause I use a tethered system), and the lanyard attachment to fit in the holder for the Digitrax DT600 throttle. It can also hold the last series of Digitrax throttles: the DT500 and UT4. I do not have a UT600 to see if it fits. I also used a 50% infill to increase the holder's strength.

I included the holder in two versions:

Tethered, the version I added access to the Loconet cable port. Wireless, the version with the bottom fully intact.
