The Missile Challenge Coin Display is designed to hold 8-10 challenge coins (depending on their size). It prints in multiple, support-free pieces and can be glued together afterwards.
There are also multiple options for what to have embossed on the mid-body section.
Printing Info: These are just the settings I used to test the model, feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. FDM or Resin: FDM Scaling: Can be scaled up, threads may have issues if scaled down too much. Supports: None Infill/Perimeters: 10% infill + 2 perimeters Nozzle Size: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2
Printing & Assembly: No supports are needed for this model, just print the pieces in the orientation that they import and assemble after printing. You will need:
- 1 x tail, 1 x warhead nose, 1 x warhead, 2 x large key, 1 x small key, 1 x gold accents, 1 x yellow accents, and 1 x mid body (multiple options)
Assembly:
- Pieces fit together using the small and large keys to hold together. They should be a snug fit, you may use glue if you want.
- Pay attention to how the accent pieces fit, they are sized differently for the left and right side.
