Introducing Barry Bones the half-dead, articulating Halloween Teddy Bear! This is a print-in-place, support-free design. Well...there is one built in support requiring you to twist and "crack" his neck after removing from the build plate. Good thing he's already half dead!
I have also included a painted file for Bambu Slicer for anyone that doesn't want to paint it themselves!
Printing Info: These are just the settings I used to test the model, feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. FDM or Resin: FDM Scaling: Can be scaled up, scaling down may cause issues with the articulation points. Supports: None Infill/Perimeters: 15% infill + 2 perimeters. Use 3 perimeters for extra strength. Nozzle Size: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2 (Adaptive layer height if you can, or the smaller the layer height the better.)
Printing & Assembly: This design prints in place with no additional supports or assembly needed! There is a little bit of built-in support within the head. After printing, just twist the head to break the support free!
