When specifying a compression spring, you should include the wire diameter, OD, and length. A common 0.8mm wire diameter x 8mm OD x 20 mm long compression spring does not fit your design.
When specifying a torsion spring, you should include the wire diameter, OD, number of laps, and the deflection (usually 90 or 180 degrees). None of this really matters because the trigger does not have the cutout to support the torsion spring.
