Triple Gang Light Switch Cover

This model is restricted by licensing terms. 

A triple-gang switch cover plate covering every practical combination of decora/rocker cutouts and blank panels, useful for setups where not all three gangs are wired to a switch. Each combination is available in a standard size and a slightly oversized "Large" version (+0.5cm on all sides, useful for paint buildup or slightly oversized wall openings). Most combinations also come in v1 (standard screw mounts) and v2 (unnecessary exposed screw mounts removed on flat sections).

Note on mirrored versions: the "end switch only" and "end blank" files are designed symmetrically; simply flip the plate 180 degrees after printing to get the mirrored version (e.g. the "left switch only" file becomes "right switch only" when flipped, and vice versa). This means one file covers both mirrored cases.

This listing includes one representative file per combination (6 of 22 total variants) due to platform upload limits. The complete set, including oversized (+0.5cm) and standard-screw-mount versions, is available on my website thedesignbench.ca.

Printed with the back face flat against the print bed for the best finish on the visible portion of the covers.

Settings:

  • Infill: 15-20% (grid)
  • Layer height: 0.16mm
  • First layer height: 0.2mm
  • Perimeters: 2
  • Supports: Honeycomb pattern (auto-generated)
