Do you have the actual CAD files for this or was it made in the mesh form? There are some things I would like to add and some errors in the model that need to be fixed.
Hello, we do not provide the raw files to avoid tampering of our models. If there is anything that needs to be fixed or added, please let us know!
Understandable given the amount of work you put into the model!
So a couple things...
1). The NVG (Separate file) lens faces are not all on the same plane or flat, so when printing it has to print a single layer of support for one of the lenses. Would be nice if they were all on the same plane just for ease of printing! Also, if you could incorporate magnet holes so you could attach/detach the NVG that would be amazing.
2). The opening of this helmet is supposed to be smaller than your head to get scaling correct, so adding magnets or something similar to the back piece to allow for this would be nice and allow a more accurate scale and still be wearable. Either that or slice off that bottom bit that you have shaded in black to it could be printed separately in TPU maybe?
Love the design!
