Hi All, This is a print I really enjoyed making. The only issue was that the top edges came out quite sharp, and the ridged surface made them even more abrasive. To smooth it out without altering the original design, I carefully went over the edges with a 120-grit sanding block — worked like a charm.
Very nice design and well thought out. having it stackable (and the thinner version is genius.
Have you thought of replacing the lower large tray with two 15.8mm ledges, this gives top smaller tray something to slid on without needing to print the lower tray at all (saving a little plastic and gives a little extra depth).
