Hi, thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you’re running into issues. It’s likely caused by how Thangs automatically converts my original STEP file to STL. I recommend downloading the STEP file directly and working from that instead of using the STL version. If you're still having issues let me know and I'll try uploading a set of high resolution STL files in this listing. Thanks!

Hi! thanks so much for the feedback! Yes, you're welcome to use my imagery in your store. My listing images are 3D renders, not photos. To avoid any issues with Etsy, I recommend printing a physical version of the item and including a real photo in your listing. Thanks!
