The mount is designed for a 20mm diameter hole in 10mm thick board but can be adjusted via the included freecad files, the default dimensions should allow space for a 11-12mm socket for tightening the nut on the jack.
Supports are needed for the front part and I recommend printing with the Lip at the top to make supports easier to remove and give a smooth internal diameter.
