Part of my own lab, iterating versions as i go along.
**NODESTACK - BASE PACK ** First element of the NODESTACK system - Small parts drawers with styled front cards
BASE PACK:
- 1010 CUBE D4
- 1010 DRAWER D4
- 1010 DRAWER D4 CARD (in various styles)
SYSTEM PACK
- PEG (various tolerances - presure fit connector)
- JANKER (for pulling out PEG)
- BASE PANEL (variants for every orientation)
ADDY ONE:
- 1010 CUBE D2
- 1010 DRAWER D2
Assembly: Slide CARD in DRAWER, slide DRAWER in CUBE file, position next to PANEL or CUBE and insert PEG file.
*DRAWER files need support *DRAWER files have room for a 0.4 mm text on the CARD file
SYSTEM NOTES: *Builds in 100 x 100 mm grid *Make sure to test fit your pegs before printing all of them (different filament might need different tolerances - multiple files includes to test fit - switching orientation can help) *JANKER file is avaible to give more grip when pulling (squeeze & pull) *The hooks on the back are there incase i need them in the future *Glue can be used to permanently lock them in place *Uses a bunch of filament *Test fitment on components is recommended *I might improve the connection system

what's the blue filament used in this model with the galaxy black?
Its Bambu Lab PLA Titan Grey! i like it alot!
Hello, I am new here, I was just curious, do you have the peg board prints? Or what are you using to hang these on? Either way stoked to get some of these printed for the garage and office. I would like to wall mount some in the garage if possible.
hola, puedes desarrollar una tapa para la parte trasera de los modulos por favor?
This is a fantastic system, thank you! Have you ever considered doubling the depth/width to allow for storing larger items? This system is by far my favorite of it's kind so far!
printed the 4 drawer and some double bins. they fit super snug to the point i cant pull the drawer out. any suggestions? atm i just been sanding down the top of the bin and the two booms it rides on
That should not happen, they should achieve their desired friction in a could of uses. You could print the drawers at eqx: 99% scale, but i will be sure to also check the model for issues myself.
Same issue here - seems to mostly be in the 45deg chamfer at the top of the bins on the handle side. They're just a bit too snug unless lightly sanded or barely undersized.
Printed D4 drawers at 99.8% and only lightly hit it with sanding to knock down some artifacts otherwise it's a nice snug fit. Needed to get the x-y dimensions from 42.2mm square to 42mm and it was perfect.
Did the same on D2 drawers and similarly had a nice snug fit that was still easy to pull out without pulling the whole frame with it.
I see you printed this with a K2 Plus.. any change you have the profile as well as the filament type? i still have lines when printing... you don't :o
I have printed these on a scale of Creality and bambu printers, i usually go with the standard 0,16 mm settings and 8% of gyroid infill. I found picking the matte black filaments gives it the best ''product'' feel and hides the most layer lines. i hope this helps!
Tnx, will try those settings too. i see a lot of bambu pla, do they fit on the CFS ? :-)
Yes!
