Cyclone Separator

I have made this Cyclone Separator. I consists of five parts of which four where 3d Printed. The last one, the top piece, was made out of acrylic on my cnc router to allow me to look inside. In my test it did work relatively well. It filtered out most particles, even when testing with fine wooden dust.

simple bowl

This is a simple bowl. It was designed with parameters to make it easy to customize it to your needs. You can find the Fusion and Step files attached. I machined mine on my 3D printed CNC mill, but you can easily 3D print it.

cable organizer - Extrusion

This is a simple cable manager. You can screw it into a 2040 profile with an M4 screw and a T-nut and thus manage your cables.

This is a simple cable manager. You can screw it into the material of your choice and then use a cable tie to secure your cables.
