This is my design based on the lion keys from the 1980s cartoon Voltron Defender of the Universe. I based the rough size on images from the Episode The Missing Key.
It is designed to use 6x3mm round neodymium magnets as well as the display case is designed to use 4x2mm round neodymium magnets
Updated to add stl files showing the assembled key and display case
