This is an insert for a standard (1 oz) Tic-Tac box that allows you to use it as a small case for an Adafruit ESP32-S2, 400mah battery, and a button or two on the lid. I followed this adafruit guide and put my own webpage on instead. The insert is designed to allow access to the USB-C port through the flip-cap on the top of the case. I added decorations so it would appear to be in the same univerise as the game I loaded onto it, which you can play here if you wish.
