How about a lighter spool holder, where your extruder is not interfered with by the spool movements and still reduces the size of the PTFE tube.
That is the purpose of this project!
My spools have varying internal diameters, so the idea is that it locks both. By tightening the screw you compress the center of the spools against the variable wall and hold it centralized, leaving its smooth movement through the bearing!

Pay attention to the thread size and accuracy your printer can print.
The piece was designed with M33x3.5 mm. It has two Stl with gaps in the threads of approximately 0.1 and 0.2 mm.
My impression was made with a gap of 0.1 in the thread and layer height of 0.2. (This makes ironing the piece more painful, however, it holds well).
The "fix" item must be designed for your printer, in my case I have a two-trees SP-5 and I used the printer's own spool-holder screws.
