I recommend to print this vase with PLA+ In this case you'll not need to apply any support. You'll have some overhangs which can be carefully shaved with X-acto knife(I mean, really carefully.) The model's diameter is 15cm, I don't recommend to print it smaller than 12cm. Well, happy printing!))
