Belt clip for my shears, retention is about the same as the original holster that came with the shears, with the exception that this can be shoved out of the clip when you bump against something if you don't set up your belt to prevent this. ( I put my radio on the left side to prevent it from catching on things.) The benefit is that when you remove the shears there is hardly any protrusion from the belt.

clip can be mirrored in your slicer if you want it to sit perfectly sideways.
