To ensure the rear articulation joint snaps cleanly into your custom letter blocks and the internal mechanical switch socket stays snug over thousands of cycles:

Walls: 3–4 perimeters.

Supports: Optimised from the ground up to print 100% support-free.

Post-Processing: For single-extruder configurations, drop a tiny bead of superglue into the recessed facial sockets, press-fit the accent eyes and spots, and let dry. Once cured, press the completed assembly directly onto any standard MX-style mechanical switch stem.
