Print settings: Use your standard profile for the small version. The bigger versions are a little harder to print. I would use more walls and maybe even use something that's not PLA to strengthen them. The Problem here is that they need to be able to hold their own weight.

Assembly: Print in place, not required.

Haven't printed yet, but I noticed that there is a lot unsupported rings on the hinges. You say no supports, but I feel it would fail. Thoughts?
