Gear Kaleidocycle Fidget Toy
Hey, the Gear Kaleidocycle is an Idea by me. This model would theoretically work without the Gears and I made that here, but they make it way cooler. Also, It gives the model a very interning feel that a normal Kaleidocycle does not have.
There is a Small and a Big version, find out more in the Assembly Guide.
Print Settings: Standard settings for whatever printer and filament you use. No supports.

Technical Data: The Small Gear Kaleidocycle takes, around 24g of Filament and 1,5 hours to print. The Big Gear Kaleidocycle takes, around 90g of Filament and 4 hours to print.
The Filament I used in the Pictures is: green Protopasta Seafoam Green. Yellow Protopasta Partly Sunny Yellow.

I have printed a couple of these and they work well. I passed them around for others to try. They all have the same comment that the gear teeth are too sharp. Could you provide a version that has chamfers on the gear teeth? Maybe something such as a 1mm chamfer?
BTW - I get the similar comments from those that have tried the Gear Ball Items. The Helical gear ball is the worst in regard to "sharpness."
