The RetroMaker Radio 1957 Bluetooth Speaker holder is sized to fit an AllTec Lansing Mini H20 speaker. Dial, logo label and back plate print separately. Filaments shown - Eryone Aqua Blue Matte and CC3D Dark Blue Cyan Silk.
Radio prints best flat on it's back. Set retraction settings to low, this print has a lot of retractions around the grill mesh. Recommend printing with a brim to keep the print from warping off the plate. Minimal supports can be added for the under-mesh section but I found they were difficult to remove. Unsupported produces some stringing but it is mostly hidden when speaker and or back is added.
Back Plate with RetroMaker logo is designed to print with a filament swap. Print at .2 layer height and insert a filament change at layer 7. No Infill. No supports. Back plate without logo is one color print in place.
LogoTag is designed to print with a filament swap. Print at .2 layer height and insert a filament change at layer 6. Make sure to trim and sand edges to fit in place.
Dial and nut prints in place without supports. Nut should fit tight against the back of the radio housing. Some sanding may be required to fit nut.
