20 point 50mm Thru Knob

This is a 50mm diameter 20 point thru knob handle, with 15.2mm overall depth. It has a brass threaded thermal set insert for 1/4" x 20 to give it robust thread operation. These would commonly be used for hold downs on CNC machines or anywhere you are using T track. The inserts are available at Mcmaster Carr https://www.mcmaster.com/93365A162/

This will print well in your favorite thermal plastics, from PLA to Nylon. This is also a print in place, no supports needed model. I would recommend having several perimeter walls to up the strength and feel of the knob.
