FlexFetch Disc is a flying disc designed specifically for dogs that never get tired of fetch. Lightweight, easy to carry, and built for real play sessions, it turns an ordinary game into something your dog will want to repeat again and again.

At first glance, it may look like a simple shape. But every detail has been carefully designed with purpose. Smooth, fully rounded edges make it safe and comfortable for your dog to catch and carry, while the optimized geometry ensures clean, reliable 3D printing without unnecessary overhangs or weak points.

This model was developed and tested specifically for flexible materials. It performs exceptionally well in TPU and has also been successfully printed in PLA Flex, a lesser-known but excellent material for durable, slightly softer dog toys. The result is a lightweight yet resilient disc that feels natural in a dog’s mouth and holds up to countless rounds of play.

We decided to print it in bright yellow for better outdoor visibility – a color that dogs can distinguish particularly well, making it easier to track during fast-paced fetch sessions in grass or open spaces.

And yes, this is not a 30-minute print. Due to the nature of flexible materials like TPU and PLA Flex, the print requires slower speeds to ensure quality and durability. A full print typically takes around 9 hours, but that time directly translates into a stronger, safer, and more reliable final product.
