A faithful Sozu remake with the left and right orientations in an all-in-one tile. No bearings, printed in PLA, and has more reliable logic than any remix available due to the variable counterweight and center post. Tested at nauseum with various speeds for both 10mm and 3/8" versions. It's how it always should've been!

Hardware / Printing

• One M3x4 screw (or longer)
• One M3 washers
• PLA, 2 walls, 10% infill, no supports
• Flippers are printed with top face on bed.

Assembly

1. Insert an M3x4 screw (or longer) into the flipper, stack an M3 washer on the screw and insert a 10mm or 3/8" ball into the counterweight slot.
2. Install the flipper. Crank it down until it stops rotating freely. Slowly back out the screw 1/8th of a turn. Repeat until the flipper freely rotates.
