A bounceback tile that has Flip-Flop logic. Watch the video to see it in action. Hardware / Printing

• One M3x4 screw (or shorter)
• One M3 washer
• PLA, 2 walls, 10% infill
• Base prints with no supports.
• Flipper requires supports (Structure = Normal, Placement = Touching Bedplate)

Assembly

1. Handle the flipper with care when removing from the bed plate (it’s walls are thin due to geometry restrictions)
2. Remove supports from the Flipper, again handle with care. Sand the inner circle if necessary.
3. Insert an M3x4 screw into the flipper, stack a washer on the screw, then install the flipper. Crank it down until it stops rotating freely.
4. Slowly back out the screw 1/8th of a turn. Repeat until the flipper freely rotates.
